Do I still call it zoot even though I didn't get it from BobC? This is the just part of the stuff I ordered from Steve @ Colonial. I ordered it Thursday or Friday of last week and it's here! It's here! Steve is awesome I will definately be ordering from him again. There's some pics of the black walnut back and sides and the sitka top. I'm not a photographer so they really do not do it justice. I also posted some pics of my "stickering". Is that acceptable for stickering? Thanks all.

Is this stickered ok?

What about this?

Rich - It will end up being a... guitar!
I'm basing it off of a Gibson Advanced Jumbo.

Not if you want to be able to see your computer monitor.

Lovely wood Nathan -- I do like Walnut guitars and that set looks great!

Anthony, unfortunately, there's not enough time in the day to do all I want. So, the music room is dormant and has been relegated to RH controlled wood storing room. And in the future, glue room :)

The Zootmeister himself (BobC) said we can call any wood 'zoot'... as long as it's used to build guitars!

So... why is he called "The Zoot Meister" or "Zootman" or "Keeper of the Zoot"? Ok, ok, I made the last one up. Hesh said he'd tell me in a different thread.

Hesh! oh HEEEESSSHHH!

Hey Nathan, very nice zoot that you bought yourself! ! Congratulations you NEAT FREAK!

First sets huh? what a nice feeling, isn't it nice to dream of the building days seeing all this gorgeous wood in front of us?

Good luck on your first build bud!Serge Poirier39009.9219097222
